Returns Policy

EXCHANGES

Each item has a custom colour choice, I do not allow exchanges. If you have had a change of heart about your colour choice, please get in touch within 24 hours or at the earliest convenience so it can be changed. Please note that if the colour has already been ordered, it will not be changed.

 

RETURNS

Each item has a custom colour choice, I do not allow refunds. If you do have any issues with your order, please send a message here or via Instagram @sharnelleashleigh

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please get in touch detailing the issue as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition. When returning an item, it is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service. It is the customers' responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post. It will be your responsibility until it is returned safely.

Ready-made sale items are excluded from this. You will have 14 days to return the item unused and unwashed. Please get in touch as soon as possible stating that you would like to return your item. 

The customer is responsible for the return postage (It is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service). Once the item has arrived safely and has been inspected, a refund will be issued via your original payment method.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please get in touch detailing the issue as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition. It will be your responsibility until it is returned safely.

Upon inspection, if the item is not faulty, it will be returned to you.

If the item is found to be faulty, you will choose to have an exact replacement made or a refund. If you require a refund, this will be processed along with the return postage paid. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
