SHIPPING

Delivery costs for the UK will be dependent on the weight of your item/items. Prices start from £1.50 upwards. 

More oversized/heavy items will be sent by courier, and everything else will be sent by Royal Mail. The large/heavier items will usually have a fully tracked service. A tracking code will be provided to you once the item has been sent.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and double-check this before purchase.

All colours are subject to availability. If your choice is out of stock in the unlikely event, you will be contacted at the earliest convenience.

EXCHANGES

Because each item has a custom colour choice, I do not allow exchanges. If you have had a change of heart about your colour choice, please get in touch within 24 hours or at the earliest convenience so it can be changed. Please note that if the colour has already been ordered, it will not be changed.

 

RETURNS

Because each item has a custom colour choice, I do not allow refunds. If you do have any issues with your order, please send a message here or via Instagram @sharnelleashleigh

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please get in touch detailing the issue as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition. When returning an item, it is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service. It is the customers' responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post. It will be your responsibility until it is returned safely.

Ready-made sale items are excluded from this. You will have 14 days to return the item unused and unwashed. Please get in touch as soon as possible stating that you would like to return your item. 

The customer is responsible for the return postage (It is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service). Once the item has arrived safely and has been inspected, a refund will be issued via your original payment method.
