Merino Colour Samples

Are you unsure about what colour you'd like? The mini samples are just what you need to help make a decision and get a feel for the wool.

 

All my merino products have 50 beautiful colours to choose from and sometimes that choice can be hard. Whether you want to choose between 2 similar colours or 8 completely different colours, the merino colour samples will help you make a choice. All samples will be tagged and named individually. 

The colour boards have been taken in as much natural light as possible to get the true colours of the wool. Although sometimes colours can look different on camera than they do in person, so this is the perfect way to ensure you get the perfect match.

Only 50 colours have been listed throughout the website but there are more colours available. If you don’t find your perfect match then get in touch here and I will be able to assist you.

 

SHIPPING

Delivery costs for the UK will be dependent on the weight of your item/items. Prices start from £1.50 upwards. 

Larger/heavy items will be sent by courier and everything else will be sent by Royal Mail. The larger/heavier items will usually have a fully tracked service and the tracking code will be provided to you once the item has been sent.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and double check this before purchase.

All colours are subject to availability. If in the unlikely event that your colour is out of stock you will be contacted at the earliest convenience.

EXCHANGES

Due to each item having a custom colour choice, I do not allow exchanges. If you have had a change of heart about your colour choice, please get in touch within 24 hours or at the earliest convenience so it can be changed. Please note that if the colour has already been ordered then it will be unable to be changed.

RETURNS

Due to each item having a custom colour choice, I do not allow refunds. If you do have any issues with your order, please send a message here or via Instagram @sharnelleashleigh

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please get in touch detailing the issue as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition and when returning an item, it is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service. It is the customers responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post and will be your responsibility until it is returned safely.

Ready made sale items are excluded from this. You will have 14 days to return the item unused and unwashed. Please get in touch as soon as possible stating that you would like to return your item. 

The customer is responsible for the return postage (It is recommended to use a recorded/tracked service). Once the item has arrived safely and has been inspected, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment.
